Storage for pharmaceutical applications and microstructures

 

After the treatment of PW, HPW or ultrapure water, the next step is the engineering of a customer-specific storage and distribution system, in order to be able to use the product water at any point of use in a distribution system tailored to the application. Here, too, we consider the customer-specific usage requirements and draft an individual concept using the following modules:

  • Storage tank made of stainless steel 316L for PW / HPW or plastic (PP, PE or PVDF) for microelectronics
  • Feed pumps (speed-controlled) or double-pump station with permanent through-flow
  • UV disinfection / Reduction of ozone or TOC
  • Point-of-use management system
  • Conductivity measurement according to USP <645> or PhEur or ASTM D-1125-95
  • Flow volume management
  • Ozonation or hot sanitization at 85° C
  • Online TOC measurement
  • Temperature control with DTS heat exchanger
